Welcome to Sagebrush on Fisher! From the southwest boho aesthetic with a touch of art deco to the many amenities, no detail has been left out! Built in 2018, 3 story free standing townhome. Conveniently located near several great destinations.

You’ll enjoy 3 bedrooms - 2 bedrooms with King beds, and 1 with a Queen bed, ensuite bathrooms in all bedrooms, and 55 inch TV’s in both King bedrooms. Jetted jacuzzi tub in the master bath, large double workstation office w/ dual monitors and super fast internet. Full chef’s kitchen, outdoor patio, coffee bar, gym and more!

Master Bedroom

Sleep in luxury on a King sized Serta iseries hybrid plush mattress and enjoy the full ensuite bathroom with jetted jacuzzi tub, frameless shower, double sinks and plush towels. Bedroom also has a 55” TV.

Guest Bedroom

Just because you don’t get the master bedroom doesn’t mean you don’t get luxury as well. King size bed, full ensuite bathroom, plush towels, soft linens and 55” TV are all yours.

Kitchen

Full chefs kitchen with everything you need to cook just about anything you want. Dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, roasting pan, baking pans, crockpot, chopper, immersion blender, and so much more. Even a zester.

Coffee & Tea Station

We love our caffeine fix and we know you do too. That’s why we have a full coffee/tea station including a keurig, automatic pourover coffee maker (recommended by the SCA Certified Home Brewers Program), grinder, Chemex, milk frother, a variety of teas, creamer, sugar, coffee beans, pods etc.

Grill

Feel free to use our propane gas grill located just outside the kitchen on the balcony.

Living Room

Relax with plenty of seating and watch your favorite shows on our huge 82 inch smart TV. Netflix & Amazon Prime are of course complimentary :)

Office / 3rd Bedroom

If you must work while you travel, why not do it in style? Double monitors, custom built double reclaimed barn wood desk, and super fast internet of course. Hermann miller aeron chair. Office also has a full ensuite bathroom. Queen plush mattress & linens as well.

This patio passes the vibe check with a fire pit, twinkle lights, comfy couch & chairs and all the plants!

If you’d like to keep up your fitness routine, the garage has a squat rack, weights, exercise bike, TV, pull up/kipping bar, and exercise bands.

Garage parking is available for 1 car, additional parking available on the street in front of the community.

FIRST FLOOR: Garage, Patio & Queen Bedroom / Office

SECOND FLOOR: Kitchen, powder bath, living room & balcony with grill

THIRD FLOOR: Master suite, guest bedroom and laundry area with washer and dryer.

Please review & sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking and provide a CC number for a security deposit hold of $500.

SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD

A $500 Security Deposit Hold is required to be authorized within 24 hours of booking creation and will be automatically reserved through Stripe for the booking. The automatic reserve is conducted by putting a hold on the Guest's credit card for the amount of $500 two days prior to the arrival date. It is a short hold, not a charge, on your credit card.

The hold starts two days before check-in and automatically reauthorizes on day seven. The Security Deposit Hold must be authorized within 24 hours of booking creation and will be released seven days after check out provided there are no damages, violations or excessive cleaning required.

In most cases it never appears on your statement, although it may appear online as activity when Stripe authorizes and/or reauthorizes the hold (which is 7 days after the first authorization). Importantly though, it does count against your credit limit while active because it is a guaranteed amount that the Host can charge, if required, after check out.

Airbnb authorizes the use of Security Deposit Holds for software connected Hosts. Not having an active Security Deposit Hold, for any reason, two days prior to check-in is considered by Airbnb as a breach of House Rules. Access codes will not be provided if there is no active Security Deposit Hold and the booking will be cancelled with no refund.

Guest access

Entire house is available except for 2 closets and a portion of the garage opposite of the gym. Plenty of shelf and other closet space available. A remote to the garage and a door access code will be provided for the duration of your stay.

Please add anyone staying overnight in the house to the reservation so they can have access to all the important house details.

Extended stay reservations are available - please reach out by message with your specific need or timeline.

Other things to note

There are 2 outdoor security cameras, but no cameras indoors or on back patio for your privacy.
